Required Linguistic Skills: Spanish The Youth Development Associate (YDA) is the primary staff position in the Catholic Charities' After School Program. The YDA who works with younger students will be a generalist and provide programming using preset curricula in literacy, STEM, Social skills and others with a set group of 10 students. The YDA working with older students may be a specialist in an area such as arts, music, crafting, social skills/youth development, STEM, or others and work with different groups of students during the week. Work hours are during the school year. Some summer hours may be available. It is a per diem position working up to 15 hours weekly during the school year with the possibility of more hours during the summer season.
