PROGRAM MANAGER The Program Manager will be responsible for both program management and policy development for the Call Marin Home coalition. Duties/Day to Day Overview: Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of the SVT Data Acceleration Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Vendor Management: Coordinate and oversee multiple vendor pod teams, ensuring accountability, quality, and timely deliverables. Cross-Functional Engagement: Partner with IT teams, data engineering, architecture, and governance to ensure seamless integration and execution. Ambiguity Management: Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements, providing clarity and structure where needed. Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance, track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to senior leadership. Budget & Resource Management: Monitor program budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial discipline. Top Requirements (Must haves): Experience: 8+ years in program management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale data acceleration or data transformation programs. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data platforms, data engineering, and analytics ecosystems. Vendor Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple vendor teams in a complex delivery environment. Leadership Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
