Coordinate third-party vendors and oversee event advancing to ensure all hospitality and production details are communicated.
Maintain Live Entertainment Tax (LET) compliance and update related calendars.
Assist with concept development, pre-production planning, and task management for activations.
Support contract documentation and compliance for entertainment vendors and talent.
Utilize systems including Conga (contracts), INFOR (payments), and Vendor Portal (vendor profiles).
Represent the department at events to support staff and ensure operational excellence.
Partner with Special Events & Promotions Manager on shared entertainment needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct and support departmental staff, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion.
Provide coaching and enforce safety and production standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in entertainment programming, live event operations, or related roles.
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in entertainment or event production.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Conga, INFOR, and Vendor Portal.
Strong knowledge of live entertainment production, A/V coordination, and venue logistics.

ROLE of the POSITION
The Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry is a CODA-accredited 24-month postdoctoral education program that awards a Certificate of Specialization in Pediatric Dentistry. The Program Director is responsible for overall broad oversight of the program including the curriculum and its development, implementation, clinical operations, monitoring, assessment, reporting and evaluation as it relates to Pediatric Dentistry and in accordance with the Commission on Dental Accreditation. The Program Director is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all UNLV School of Dental Medicine quality assurance measures and protocols, eHR (AxiUm) records audits, and coordinating similar compliance measures associated with affiliate, external rotation locations such as the University Medicine Center hospitals and clinics, VA, or other affiliate entities. Nevada State University invites applications for the position of Early Childhood Center Director. This is a 12-month Administrative Faculty position. The Director is responsible for developing and overseeing the Nevada State University Early Childhood Education (ECE) Center on campus. QualificationsRequired:
2+ years in sales, customer-facing management, or small-business / retail / fitness / education leadership
Strong people skills: confident communicator with parents, kids, and staff
High ownership mindset: comfortable being accountable for results and targets
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Comfort with math through at least middle school (Skills Beyond Algebra 1 is a plus)
Preferred:
Experience in education, tutoring, youth enrichment, or membership-based businesses
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
$45,000-55,000 base salary (DOE)
Performance-based bonuses tied to center growth and student retention
