SUMMARY

Participates in the development of the company-wide Performance Improvement Plan in consultation with Executive Team and Clinical Coordinators.
Establishes a clear channel of communication between Executive Team, Clinical Coordinators and staff to keep them informed and promotes professional working relationships with alt departments and agencies.
Demonstrates understanding of the principles of human resources, applicable laws, policies and procedures.
Leads and attends company committees as requested.
Exercises authority through channels to ensure delegation and empowerment of staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Must be at least 21 years old
At least eight (8) years of experience in healthcare; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare
Preferred:
Master's degree in a related field desirable but not required.
At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the home healthcare strongly preferred

Recruitment/ Enrollment Responsibilities:
In partnership with the Director of Enrollment Management, establish and execute initiatives in support of annual goals for revenue and student body composition.
Meet revenue goals set annually.
Serve as a positive and principled representative of Western Reserve Academy in recruitment of mission aligned student athletes.
Lead initiatives that generate interest in Western Reserve Academy in support of net tuition revenue goals.
Advance the mission of Western Reserve Academy in positive, thoughtful, and collaborative ways.
College Guidance and Recruitment:
Guide and support athletes for college recruitment.
Support College Counseling Team regarding opportunities to support all program leaders' efforts to educate and guide WRA student-athletes with the college recruitment process.
Assistant Director of Athletics:
Support the administration of interscholastic athletics, including game management and event operations.
Serve as a sport administrator for designated teams, providing guidance and support to coaches and student-athletes.
Assist with scheduling, facility coordination, and departmental initiatives.
Contribute to athletic communications in partnership with the Communications Office, including schedules, results, and storytelling.
Support student leadership development through involvement with the Student-Athlete Leadership Council and related programs.
Faculty & Student Advising Responsibilities:
Serve as a student advisor, supporting a small group of students in their academic, social, and personal development.
Collaborate with colleagues, families, and student support offices to promote student well-being and success.
Teach one academic course, as appropriate, based on experience and departmental needs.
Participate fully in the life of the school, including student advising, and community events.

A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated success coaching soccer at the secondary, collegiate, or elite youth level.
Proven ability to recruit ethically and effectively, working collaboratively with enrollment professionals.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
A commitment to student-centered, education-based athletics.
Experience in independent schools or residential settings is preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMUNITY DIRECTOR
As a Community Director for Dietz Property Group, you will lead staff to provide excellent customer service and property management with the goal of creating a desirable place to reside thereby maximizing the property's performance. Daily duties include guiding and encouraging staff members, showing apartments to potential residents, collecting rent, and professionally addressing resident questions/needs.
In addition to residents and coworkers, you and your Maintenance Supervisor communicate and coordinate with vendors and outside contractors on a regular basis, keeping great resident relations with resident events. Though some duties are daily/weekly, each day will be something different. You love that you are never bored! And, most of all, you feel great about the important part you play in our success as the face of our property management company!
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time Community Director position for which the hours vary depending on the property needs but mostly is an M-F 9 to 6.

A minimum of 3 years of leasing experience with at least 1 year in a property management leadership role
Proven leadership ability to manage a staff of employees
