Job Description The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati is a free, out-of-school and summer youth development organization, helping to save and transform the lives of at-risk youth to become productive adults breaking the cycle of poverty by contributing to our community. Primary Function: To plan and implement programs for Club members in accordance with BGCGC's mission, with emphasis on the Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve program model.
