Key Responsibilities Manage multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced and Agile environment to ensure on time and within budget execution Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate complex problem solving enabling new product innovations and launches Creating clear actionable program plans to both identify critical program workstreams and drive alignment between them Work with architects, product owners and engineering leads to proactively identify and mitigate program risks Provide data driven visibility into the health and velocity of the overall program, with meaningful metrics' tracking Work with quality, regulatory and compliance leads to ensure programs meet relevant quality measurement system requirements and performance targets collaborate with program management to provide timeline and key milestone status updates Required Skillset Agile Project / Program Management experience Experience working with Agile delivery & project management tools (preferably JIRA and MS Project) Preferred Qualifications: SAFe Certification Scrum Master experience Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and software development methodology Experience working in SaaS or a fast-paced environment Experience: - 12+ Years experience Location (Onsite): - Fort Worth, TX Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
