Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Director of Construction Program Management to fill a dual-role: the primary role is to lead, support, mentor and manage a team of construction project managers, who are responsible for the successful execution of the company's portfolio of construction projects, while the secondary role is to fill-in as necessary at the early stages of projects until a project manager is assigned.
