About You: KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry project management knowledge required EXPERIENCED: Previous experience in Industrial project management with demonstrated success A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints FLEXIBLE: Travel to client sites frequently.
