Position Summary: Tigua Technology Services is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to support operational and business development activities under the Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office (JIFCO) contract. The PM will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of assigned projects, ensuring the timely execution of deliverables and serving as the central point of contact with the government. This role will require strong leadership skills, the ability to adapt to emerging requirements, and experience managing multi-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Catapult Consultants is looking for an experienced Project or Program Manager to join our Civilian Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing and delivering a range of projects (technical and/or programmatic) for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), specifically within the Operating Divisions that closely align with Catapult's current and future business. The Virginia Tech (VT) Virginia Management Fellows (VMF) Program Manager is a restricted, full-time, calendar year, administrative and professional faculty position. The incumbent will report to the Virginia Tech Institute for Policy and Governance (VTIPG) Associate Director for Research and Organizational Innovation. The VT VMF Program Manager is a researcher, educator, practitioner, and mentor with a strong interest in improving leadership, management, and succession planning capabilities in Virginia state government.
The VT VMF Program Manager has primary responsibility for leadership, design, delivery, expansion, and evaluation of the Virginia Management Fellows (VMF) program, in partnership with the Department of Human Resource Management and other leaders in the Commonwealth. The VT VMF Program Manager leads development and refinement of the program's curriculum, coordinates state agency partnerships, assures delivery of excellent programming, collaborates on recruitment and onboarding of fellows, and conducts research to evaluate program operations and outcomes. The Virginia SBDC Network is a partnership with the US SBA and other Local hosts to provide counseling services and training to Small Businesses in Virginia. The Virginia SBDC Lead office administers and manages the SBDC network of 25 centers across Virginia with 13 subrecipients including universities, community colleges and economic development organizations. The Virginia SBDC is a program of Mason Enterprise.
About the Position:
The Program Manager leads the SBDC State Small Business Credit Initiative Technical Assistance (SSBCI TA) Program. The SSBCI TA Program works with very small businesses (10 employees or less) and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDIs) across Virginia to help them secure federal and state funding. This position requires a strong understanding of financial institutions and funding mechanisms, experience working with small businesses on accessing capital, a high level of comfort and experience developing and delivering training both in-person and virtually, and experience managing a federal grant.
Responsibilities:
Executes SSBCI Services and Programming
Leads the implementation of SSBCI services and programming in accordance with funder requirements and small business needs;
Provides one-on-one advising to very small businesses and SEDIs on accessing capital, financial management, and other relevant areas;
Develops and delivers training sessions and events both in-person and virtually to support very small businesses and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals; and
Participates in America's SBDC SSBCI Interest Group to stay informed of best practices and program updates.
Prepares and Submits SSBCI Programmatic Reports

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
