Ensure staff knowledge and integration of participant's age as a critical element in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Chart audits as needed; oversee program safety and emergency evacuation plans.
Manage and coordinate admissions and transportation services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Registered Nurse if required by state regulations.
Minimum one year of experience in the care of adults with impairments.
Two years of managerial experience.
Two years of experience working with adults in a health-care setting (professional or volunteer).
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Demonstrated leadership skills with motivating team and driving results.

Oversees safety plan including implementation and supervision of quarterly safety drills for fire, earthquake, tornado, bomb, threatening behavior, and utility failures; monthly inspection of fire extinguishers, and twice annual inspection of smoke detectors/alarm system (spring & fall).
Ensures the presence of an Emergency Disaster plan and trains staff in emergency procedures.
Ensures that staff and clients have immediate access to the Emergency Plan in the event of an emergency.
Ensures that universal precaution kits are posted as required and that all staff are trained in universal precaution procedures.
Oversees and coordinates the proper disposal of hazardous waste.
Oversees the use of proper sanitation techniques in areas of food handling and storage.
Coordinates grounds maintenance. Identifies and schedules routine maintenance and repair to the facility.
Schedules and monitors all contract services to the facility.
Identifies and seeks remediation of any potential environmental hazards.

What you will do:
To manage Fire projects up to $150k Parts & Smarts and / Security >$50k and
Under general direction, acts as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects with assigned customers. Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including installation coordination, and project closeout. Responsible for the overall financial results of assigned projects including costs, project billings, and collections. Maintains an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results. Actively pursues selling change orders. Coordinates communication with customer representatives of Quality Assurance, Engineering, Validation, and other related departments during all phases of the project. Ensures proper execution of warranty. May provides work direction to subcontractors, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary. May provide jobsite coordination. Ensures installation is in accordance with Johnson Controls literature and project requirements.
