The Program Manager will oversee the transition to standardized workflows, ensure organizational change management (OCM) success, and deliver the program from a high-level strategic perspective while coordinating tactical execution. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery Define scope, roadmap, and deliverables for the Epic Refuel initiative. Oversee all phases of the program: assessment, design, build, testing, training, and go-live. Ensure alignment with Epic Foundation standards while preserving critical custom workflows. Manage a 2-year delivery timeline with clear milestones and checkpoints. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Develop and execute OCM strategies to drive adoption across clinical, financial, and operational teams.
