Position Purpose
Provide an overview of the responsibilities of the position by summarizing the most important aspects and duties.
Ensure compliance with HA drug promotion and promotional labeling regulations for assigned licensed products.
Review, approve, or reject promotional programming based on U.S. Code of Federal Regulations and FDA implementing regulations and guidance.
Adhere to related SOPs and work instructions for established MCC/PRC processes.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Review advertising and promotional labeling; comment, improve, approve, or reject material based on company practice, CSL policy, U.S. law, and FDA regulations.
Collaborate with Commercial Operations Marketing, Legal, and Medical personnel to minimize HA enforcement risk while supporting CSL's commercial success.
Monitor and apply trends in advertising and promotional labeling regulations to CSL U.S. regional review practices and processes.
Provide regulatory leadership and guidance to marketing during development, review, and approval of promotional materials for assigned therapeutic areas.
Prepare and submit advertising and promotional labeling materials to the FDA as required under 21 CFR 314.81(b)(3)(i) or 21 CFR 601.45.
Maintain technical biologics/medical knowledge for assigned therapeutic areas.
Actively contribute to the global CSL regulatory community through designated projects and assignments.
Review and advise product development teams on communication strategies or tactics regarding investigational products.
Experience
Bachelor's Degree Life Science
Minimum 3 years in Regulatory, Medical, or Legal Affairs or other relevant experience.
Skilled in implementing regulatory science and monitoring enforcement trends.
Ability to read and comprehend product-related technical and medical information.

The Opportunity
A best-in-class electrical contractor is searching for an Associate Project Manager for our Electrical Services Department. This introductory project management role is responsible for assisting Project Managers through all aspects of the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and coordinate with all projects set up, project needs, and Field labor needs to ensure timely and profitable completion of quality projects.
Assist with all project correspondences and provide necessary information to all vested parties and project stakeholders.
Assist with day-to-day customer interaction.
Work with the Project Manager to promptly resolve project problems.
Visit project sites as directed by the Project Manager to review problems, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and safety and quality.
Monitor schedule, in conjunction with the Project Manager, and adjust activities accordingly to ensure milestone dates are met.
Review and enter weekly Field Timesheets into FTC to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Review and document project progress and timesheet accuracy with Field Foreman on a weekly basis (at a minimum).
Draft and submit subcontracts after review and approval from the Project Manager.
Draft, submit, and distribute submittals and RFIs.
Assist with the material, equipment, and tool procurement process and inventorying.
Assist the project team with large package review, scanning, printing, releases, and management.
Oversee upkeep of dumpsters, trailers, and other project specific yard rentals.
Oversee and administer project specific document control (SharePoint, Viewpoint, ACFS).
Assist with the final closeout of the project including, but not limited to, closing remote yard, returning excess material, compiling and submitting as-built drawings and paperwork to customer, and returning any rented equipment and tooling.
Who We're Looking For
Required:
An acceptable combination of education and/or work experience within the contractor industry (Electrical preferred).
Proficient in MS Office applications with strong skills in Excel, Word, and MS Project.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to present acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorizations per the Federal I-9 requirement.
Valid Drivers License.
Desired:
An advanced degree in Business, Construction Management, or other related business discipline focused degree program from a two or four-year college, university, or technical school.
Project Management Certification.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and effective communication with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or related field is a plus.
Previous experience as a construction field Project Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. +5 years preferred.
Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Proficiency in using construction management software and basic computer applications.
Understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
NCCER certification, OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is a plus.

Essential Functions
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.
Cost track and provide updates as required to ensure company profitability.
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
Schedules the appropriate craft persons for the job. Communicates with professionalism and courtesy to internal staffing team. Provides all necessary information for site training required.
Lead and guide construction crews, to ensure efficient and effective work execution.
Facilitate and manage subcontractors - when required.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues, changes, and updates promptly.
Provide direction, training, and support to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
Promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, ensuring that all activities adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations.
Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, audits and incident reporting as required by client and TIG policy.
Collaborate with safety personnel to address any safety concerns or violations.
Participated in all investigations.
Lead by example at all times.
Physical Demands
The job requires standing, walking, and climbing ladders or scaffolding for extended periods of time. Along with bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, carrying or lifting material or equipment weighing up to 100 pounds. Additionally, the incumbent must have the ability to work in small, tight and noisy areas.
Work Environment
The Project Manager works in and around on-site heavy construction/maintenance work site and is continually required to perform strenuous work activity under varying weather and environmental conditions.
