Integrates and coordinates psychiatric and/or addiction medicine programs with other in-and out-patient departments as well as with community resources.
Achieves a continuum of care within Behavioral Health Care Services.
Develops systems and methodologies for continuous improvement of group and/or individual treatment modalities.
Evaluates effectiveness of program and services.
Review/evaluates group therapy designs.
Establishes group protocols.
Delineates inclusion/exclusion criteria and utilizes pre-and post testing evaluations.
Conducts on-going program evaluation of individual and/or group modalities and, in concert with the department manager and/or Chief of Service, develops/maintains systems and processes for outcomes management/improvement and for identifying the need for revised and/or new clinical treatment programs, designs and/or protocols.
May develop and implement policies, procedures and systems to ensure customer/ member/patient/purchase satisfaction and member/patient access.
In concert with other personnel and physicians, responds to and resolves service, access and provider concerns/issues.
Develops and maintains departmental policies and procedures to meet Behavioral Health Care and organizational operational, business and strategic goals/objectives.
Conducts performance evaluation of professional staff.
Hires, trains/orients, coaches, disciplines or terminates professional staff.
In concert with the Chief, and department manager maximizes and manages physical, fiscal and human resources and manages/reduces associated costs.
Analyzes departmental volume/workload indicators and evaluates/improves utilization and productivity of staff.
Less than 50% of working time, may provide direct psychotherapeutic services to individual patients and/or patient groups.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience
Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a staff clinician in a mental health setting.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in managing/supervising the development, delivery and evaluation of clinical mental health programs.
Education
Masters degree in a field/discipline related to mental health such as psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral science, or psychiatric/chemical dependency nursing specialty.
License, Certification, Registration
Registered Nurse License (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) OR Psychologist License (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California)

Our ideal Project Manager candidate will manage all aspects of assigned project(s) from preconstruction through closeout. This includes preconstruction phase activities such as constructability reviews, value engineering, estimating, budget control, prime contract negotiation, and preconstruction schedule management. In addition, manage construction phase activities such as overall leadership, staff management, client management, project setup, risk management, document management, subcontractor buyout, schedule management, QA/QC management, change management, submittal, and RFI management, financial reporting, and project closeout.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
PRECONSTRUCTION: Assist in the estimating / budgeting process, perform constructability reviews, help develop and manage the value engineering process, assist in the preparation of preliminary schedules and prime contract reviews.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Clearly understand all documents that make up the "Contract Documents” and enforce/manages the documents.
AGREEMENTS: Prepare and ensure that scope descriptions are complete, well-coordinated, and issued timely.
SAFETY: Ensure that the project site is safe and that the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) is implemented comprehensively, and all Bernards safety procedures are being followed.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Manage all project financial reporting processes, including overseeing all budgets, contracts, invoices, payment applications, and change order requests.
RISK MANAGEMENT: Identify areas of risk and plans to address them. Ensure proper insurance is in place and that the project is in full compliance with all Bernards risk management policies.
QA/QC: Manage the Bernards Quality Management Manual (QMM) outlining quality policies, standards and procedures, ensuring the project meets or exceeds the quality standards of our clients.
SCHEDULING: Create and update the project schedule collaboratively with the Superintendent(s) to develop accurate and detailed project schedules.
DOCUMENT CONTROL: Ensure that all document control procedures are being followed.
REPORTING: As applicable to the project requirements, create the monthly reports for financial status, project status, schedule status, client reporting, etc.
CLOSEOUT: Manage and oversee all closeout, including final submittals, punch list, as-builts, warranties, and final payments.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
Preferred Experience, Education, and Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
Over 7 years of construction industry experience managing projects from start-up to completion.
Healthcare experience is required.
Project experience ranging from $15M - $90M.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with team members, industry partners, and clients.
Ability to efficiently manage time, workload, prioritize and maintain a sense of urgency.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters.
High attention to detail.
Competency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), P6 Scheduling and BIM.
Strong negotiation skills with industry partners and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Oversee accuracy and completeness of information across all assigned projects in Monday.com, ensuring client briefs are complete before taking the project to delivery teams.
Serve as a control and the 2nd line of defence across the entire process to ensure that each stage is completed by each team in line with procedures (including client specific rules and policies).
Manage the Project Management board in Monday.com, assigning projects to the appropriate delivery teams.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate project timelines, proactively monitoring progress and flagging delays, risks, or issues as they arise to the Senior Project Manager.

Review Purchase Orders (PO), Statements of Compliance (SOC), and freight costs to ensure adherence to project budgets.
Risk Management:
Develop and implement risk management strategies to proactively address potential project delays, issues, or client dissatisfaction.
Ensure that any issues or risks affecting the project timeline or quality are escalated immediately to the correct channels (internal stakeholders, Account Manager, or external vendors) for timely resolution.
Track and report on project risks, working with teams to mitigate potential problems before they impact the overall timeline or deliverables.
Communication & Reporting:
Establish clear communication channels with internal teams, Account Managers, and external vendors, ensuring all stakeholders are kept updated on project progress.
Prepare and share regular project status reports, identifying any potential risks, successes, or needed improvements.
Provide feedback to teams and individuals on performance within Monday.com and SAP, identifying and sharing best practices for continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate project management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are followed.
Collaborate with the Account Managers and other teams to refine workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment across departments.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on project management processes, tools (Monday.com, SAP), and procedures.
