Build relationships with all NDN team members to help drive project and quality initiatives forward. Assist with facilitating quality improvement initiatives including, but not limited to PDSA's. Evaluates organizational metrics to stimulate initiation of quality improvement through PDSA or projects for improvement of performance and productivity. Apply the use of LEAN principles to drive projects and performance improvement throughout all NDN. Contribute to and support efforts of instilling such principles and mindset in others to steer performance excellence. Responsible for writing and reviewing procedures and other controlled documents, in accordance to the established document control system, ensuring alignment to processes and ongoing consistency of the PMO. Participates and supports the NDN Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing quality systems and regulatory compliance is applied throughout NDN and within all project and aspects of the Project Manager role.
