Credit Monitoring sits within the WLS and provides Credit Compliance Monitoring for the Commercial Banking Loan Portfolio. As a Credit Support Analyst within the Commercial Bank team, you will be tasked with assessing compliance with credit agreement terms for a designated portfolio of borrowers. Your role will involve interpreting financial and other covenants included in credit agreements to ascertain whether borrowers are adhering to the terms of the credit agreements or are in default. Your responsibilities will encompass both syndicated loans and bilateral agreements. Job Responsibilities Determine whether corporate borrowers have breached covenants, and as a result, have defaulted on the terms of their credit agreements Interpret credit agreements and other legal documents to determine which co-borrowers, guarantors and other parties to the agreements require set up in bank's system of record for future covenant compliance evaluation Perform credit analysis, review documentation and monitor ongoing compliance with financial covenants within an assigned portfolio of borrowers Independently calculate cash flow and leverage ratios in accordance with specific terms laid out in credit agreements Develop strong knowledge of secured lending products including borrowing base credit facilities Determine the grid-based performance pricing that applies to borrower so the bank gets adequately compensated for credit risk Adhere to the quality control standards that have been set for the process and to service level agreements WLS has with its internal business partners Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Ability to identify and summarize key points in written reviews of credit-related transactions Understanding of loan products, including documentation, for revolving lines of credit, term loans, borrowing bases, etc.. FASTSIGNS Westerville is hiring for a Sign Installation Specialist-and this is not your average install role. While you'll complete installations locally, a major part of this position involves frequent travel across the U.S. to complete exciting large-scale projects for our clients. If you enjoy working with your hands, seeing the country, and taking on diverse installation challenges, this role is for you. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary! Most of your days will be spent moving, lifting, building, and traveling to make our clients' visions a reality. What You'll Do * Install signage for new business grand openings, rebrands, and marketing initiatives-including banners, window & door graphics, wall murals, ADA signs, vehicle wraps/graphics, dimensional letters, post & panel signs, channel letters, and more. * Travel to project sites across the country for multi-day or multi-week installations (travel may account for 50-75% of your workload). * Collaborate with our talented team to deliver top-notch signage solutions both locally and on the road. * Engage in manual tasks such as using power tools, climbing ladders, operating lifts, and assisting with construction-style installation prep. * Represent FASTSIGNS Westerville professionally while working onsite with clients and contractors. A Successful FASTSIGNS Installer Is * Responsible for offsite sign and print media installations-both locally and nationally. * Able to assess environments to determine installation needs and techniques. * Detail-oriented and thorough in reviewing job requirements and verifying measurements. * Capable of working independently or alongside a team while traveling. * Comfortable with a dynamic schedule that includes out-of-state travel, overnight stays, and varying project timelines. Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Installer * Clean driving record. * 18 years of age or older. * Proficient with hand and power tools. * Not afraid of heights (comfortable working with lifts, ladders, rooftops, etc.). * Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required. * Prior experience installing a variety of signs and graphics is a plus. Must Haves * Experience with sign installations or a strong handyman/construction background. * Willing and able to handle physical tasks daily, including post & panel installations. * Ability and willingness to travel extensively for work. This is a core requirement for this role. * Professionalism and reliability when working on out-of-state projects. Nice to Haves * 3M Installation certification. * Vehicle wrap experience. * Experience with channel letters or electrical signage. * Previous travel-based installation or field service experience.
