The Analyst, Consulting Practice is responsible for contributing to the operational oversight and execution of various deliverables offered by the Policy Reporter Consulting team. This includes generating insights related to payer medical policy and coding/billing requirements as well as processes for communicating information to the payer's policy development team. This role is responsible to ensure assigned projects are operating in accordance to client service levels, compliance standards and agreed upon timelines and financial parameters. + Generate data and insights from payer medical policies in collaboration with colleagues from the Research department

+ Liason with the Senior Consultant during oversight and review of policy research as performed by the Research department
+ Accurately update and maintain the existing database of payer's New To Market policies

+ Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor timelines and finances for assigned projects

+ Contribute content and insights into proposed new core competencies as the department's responsibilities evolves to meet new challenges of the business

+ Generate innovative ideas and solutions to meet and exceed customer experience and operational objectives

+ Travel as needed to and attend related meetings/conferences as required

+ Cultivate and manage relationships with key internal and external contacts

+ Bachelor of Arts/ Science

+ 4-6 years of experience with the Pharma or Healthcare industry

Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Package required (Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP.

* Knowledge in ERP/ SAP, Supplier Management, English, and Communication skills
