Monitor multiple project budgetary, finance, accounting, and related activities to ensure accuracy and cost-effective support. Prepare week ending & monthly cost reporting, invoice data files, and ad hoc reports including travel as well as overtime. Prepare and monitor budget projections; in particular, for multiple projects as required. Prepare accurate and complete financial variance analysis and reporting as required. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on the contracts as requested by COR and Program Managers. Monitor funding status, providing reliable and timely notification of funding status by project code, and by task, with supporting detail as required. Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and development of time-phased budgets and schedules. Assist with project set up in compliance with contractual terms, conditions and requirements. Assist in the preparation of program financial Estimates at Completion (EAC) and meet deadlines for submission requirements. Identify project risks and opportunities and provide analytical contribution in working resolution with PM, Contracts, and Procurement Assist in reviewing and assessing all contract modifications. Assist the program team of impacts as necessary. Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct project and task number.
