Key Responsibilities:
* Lead test strategy, test planning, and overall QA execution for the State project
* Analyze complex business and system requirements to design detailed test scenarios and test cases
* Oversee and perform manual testing, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing
* Review and validate test cases and test results prepared by junior testers
* Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects through closure using defect management tools
* Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and State stakeholders
* Ensure testing activities comply with State standards, policies, accessibility, and regulatory requirements
* Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
* Provide regular QA status reports, risk assessments, and release readiness updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
* Strong expertise in test case development, execution, and defect management
* In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies
* Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, HP QC, or similar)
* Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
* Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience working on State or Government projects

**Responsibilities**
+ ServiceNow (SNOW) development using the Application Platform
+ Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of SNOW
+ Create and manage scripts and workflow.
+ Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
+ Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design

DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for overseeing the secure and efficient handling of surplus IT equipment. The role ensures strict compliance with organizational data security policies by managing the removal, documentation, and destruction of hardware components, with a primary focus on hard drives from decommissioned devices. The individual will follow standardized procedures to safeguard sensitive information during the disposal process.
