Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain software products to support test analysis and data visualization * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, software developers, and flight test professionals * Develop technical documentation and user guides in accordance with mission requirements * Participate in field activities such as instrumentation setup, sensor calibration, and data collection support * Support integration and validation of software tools in secure environments * Travel as needed to flight test locations and customer sites Required Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline * Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience * Proficiency in C# and C++ programming languages * Active DoD Secret security clearance (or higher) * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a small team environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and visualization * Prior experience supporting DoD test and evaluation programs * Familiarity with classified computing environments Work Environment: * Majority of work performed in secure facilities * Some unclassified work performed in corporate offices * Occasional outdoor activities required during test support and equipment setup
