    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Strong experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools and technologies * In-depth knowledge of application performance management (APM) principles * Ability to design, develop and implement custom dashboards and reports using Dynatrace * Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting complex performance issues * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud * Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Puppet * Ability to stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the APM space Roles & Responsibilities * Build scalable services, APIs and microservices for Dynatrace's platform * Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance of applications and infrastructure * Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance using Dynatrace * Configure and customize alerts, dashboards, and reports in Dynatrace to provide actionable insights to stakeholders * Provide guidance and training to other IT teams on the use of Dynatrace and best practices for monitoring and performance optimization * Stay up to date with new Dynatrace features and capabilities to continuously improve monitoring and performance optimization processes * Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts, leveraging Dynatrace to quickly identify and resolve issues * Contribute to the development and maintenance of monitoring and performance optimization standards and procedures * Work collaboratively with other IT teams to integrate Dynatrace with other monitoring and management tools as needed * Prototype, design and implement low-level components (e.g., data ingestion pipelines) * Build CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to streamline deployment * Ensure seamless developer experience by reducing cognitive load in DevOps workflows * Optimize performance and ensure resilience of services * Knowledge of Database SQL queries and working exposure with NoSQL DB * He / She Should be able to independently troubleshoot issues and provide RCA * Must be proficient and have automation experience in relevant technologies and tools * Knowledge on JIRA * Candidate should be local to Dallas, 5 Days Onsite, No Remote Option * Good Interpersonal skills * Ability to co-ordinate with offshore team * Good communication / Presentations skills Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year
