The Web Services Developer is responsible for assessing, designing, developing, supporting and implementing the State's Member Management replacement project and any other projects assigned. This position will work under the direction of Clemson's technical project manager and technical lead for support & maintenance of all new technology development work. This position is focused on overall system and service architecture and overseeing implementation of the designed services.

The Web Services Developer role has two major functions: design and oversight.
• Web-based Distributed Systems Architecture and Design: Design, develop, and implement enterprise level web-based systems, enterprise defined in terms of system scope as well as number of users. POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading and implementing Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization. Be part of a highly skilled team of change agents working with all functional areas of the business as well as customers and suppliers. Develop, execute and sustain effective process improvements that drive process and productivity improvements utilizing Lean methodologies.
