Your Role on Our Team
The Software Engineer II will work as a member of an agile software development team that is responsible for building and maintaining custom applications for Milwaukee Tool. The Software Engineer II will participate in agile ceremonies and help facilitate good practices throughout the SDLC.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities
* Hands on design and development of applications using technologies such as .NET/React.
* Work as a member of an agile software development team
* Enhance and support existing applications
* Troubleshoot problems identified by users
* Collaborate with architects, lead developers, and analysts to understand requirements and develop solutions

Work Location

Salary Statement
The salary range for this position is $94,205 - $117,756.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
