Compose and send confirmation letters to students, student rosters to teachers, coordinate registration materials, and evaluations to ensure the smooth operation of the training initiatives
Obtain missing documents and manage paperwork flow and communicate course outcomes to mandatory partners
Provide support for successful program implementation and functioning
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
Minimum three (3) years administrative experience required, preferably in training, finance, adult education or tuition assistance environment
Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail; ability to facilitate multiple activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work both independently and as a team player

* Perform general garden maintenance such as watering, pruning, planting, mulching and weeding of the permanent and seasonal plantings.

This role requires a strong technical background in engineering, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through production.
Systems engineering is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and set of structured processes. All activities consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users' needs. The discipline executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, consisting of identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate system design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and other professionals to achieve project goals.
Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include multiple engineering disciplines for all products.
Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.

Operates a variety of standard office equipment according to detailed instructions, which may include computers, paper shredders, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines and scanners.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
General knowledge of office equipment and systems used for the storage and retrieval of business information. General knowledge of standard records management and file classification practices. Knowledge of written correspondence principles. Skill in oral and written communication. Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Frequent interaction with customers, association departmental staff and management. Occasional interaction with area professionals including real estate agents, commercial bankers, and others who deal with the association in the normal course of business.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to stand for limited periods of time. Frequent finger/hand manipulation (keyboard, office equipment, small hand tools, etc.), occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling while exerting up to 50 pounds of force.
POLICY AND COMPLIANCE:
Compliance with FCBT and Association technology and security standards is required.
