The Program Specialist coordinates all day-to-day execution for assigned marketing projects/programs in Direct Marketing. This role is a variety of administrative and program management duties including new client implementation, execution, vendor management, maintaining monthly/quarterly program deliverables, and support new business development projects.
Essential Functions
Coordinate execution aspects of the program(s), which may include installations, cancellations, execution to program timelines, billing, process documentation, program enhancements and adhering to the program scope/SLA.
Serve as subject-matter expert of the program(s), and a point of contact for internal customers, and at times, external customers.
Monitor and ensure quality of program deliverables - drive issue resolution, raising conflicts with the appropriate internal teams to build consensus on resolutions.
Manage external vendors and internal departments to prioritize day-to-day operations or projects
Assist with vendor communications in day-to-day operations and identify service level failures and resolutions to these failures.
Track and report on program KPIs; measuring quality control standards and on-time delivery.
Proactively identifies and resolves issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes and the supported programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Provide strategy where needed to improve the program or achieve the client's goals
Develops and maintains accurate, relevant, and complete support documentation.
Evaluate processes and implement improvements to increase efficiencies, improve quality and delivery time to our customers
Responsibly receive, transmit and handle consumer and customer data per our company's data handling agreements, work procedures and policies. Review and follow data privacy practices, policies and guidelines, including annual certification and acknowledgement of privacy practices.

Qualifications
Skilled in Microsoft Excel:
Proficient in utilizing advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, and macros to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
Strong experience with data visualization tools in Excel, including charts and graphs, to present complex information in an easily digestible format.
Expertise in Excel's formulae and conditional formatting to automate and manage large datasets, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study, 5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experienced in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace tools, and experienced in Salesforce
