The intern's primary focus is supporting the day-to-day operations of the law firm as it relates to casework, marketing, or administration of the firm. Through guidance from a focused internship, our interns receive formal training and hands-on learning to support a future long-term career in the intern's field. Interns learn about AgTrust, Farm Credit System, the cooperative difference, and much more. Interns gain experience working in a collaborative, supportive environment where they can contribute independently and as part of a team to achieve the summer learning objectives.
Because our interns have already shown a passion for agriculture, they enhance their exposure by learning new things every day about the loan origination process, including credit analysis, customer interaction, appraisals, loan document preparation, company culture and linkage between departments. Interns leave the program with sharpened critical business skills like effective verbal and written communication, working successfully as an individual and as a team, and proper time management to meet project deadlines.

Summer Intern Qualifications
Enrolled in an accredited university in a field of study in Finance, Accounting, Ag Business, Ag Economics, or other degree plans that supports a career in Agricultural Finance.
Good academic standing enrolled as a Junior, Senior or Graduate Student.
Mobile ability to intern on a rotating basis at 2 - 3 locations during the summer. AgTrust will provide housing.
Dependable transportation.
Available to start work May 26, 2026, through July 31, 2026.
Ability to travel during the week.

The InternshipProgram at Cupertino Electric, Inc. is a 10-to-12-week program designed to expose undergraduate and post-graduate students to various aspects of CEI's core markets: Commercial, Data Center, and Energy & Renewables. The program offers students unique opportunities to contribute to real-world projects and make meaningful industry connections. Although we are headquartered in California, we have major projects and offices in many other states including Ohio, Iowa, Wisconsin, New Mexico, and Utah.
_Below is a detailed example of responsibilities an intern may participate in or contribute to during their time with CEI:_
+ Support Crew Foreman/General Foremen in the development of Job Hazard Analyses.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs through daily field walks.
+ Regulatory compliance and audit oversight.
+ Provide regular feedback to project leadership in a constructive manner on needed areas for safety improvement and recognition.
+ Provide coaching and mentoring for employees exhibiting unsafe behaviors and provide recognition for employees exhibiting safe behaviors.
+ Support Project Leadership in the execution of weekly toolbox safety meetings.
+ Support Project Leadership in the completion of incident investigations.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Mexico is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through mentorship. We believe every child deserves a champion, and our programs connect caring adults and teen mentors with young people to ignite their potential.
We are seeking a Program Specialist and Community Outreach team member to support youth development through mentorship and community engagement. This role is responsible for matching mentors and mentees, supporting match relationships, and building partnerships with schools, families, and local organizations to expand access to mentoring services.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Program Specialist Duties
Interview mentors (“Bigs”) and mentees (“Littles”) to assess strengths, interests, and match preferences
Facilitate matches in Community-Based, Site-Based, and School-Based programs
Provide ongoing coaching and support to match participants and families
Monitor match progress and intervene when challenges arise
Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the database
Administer surveys to assess youth outcomes and mentoring relationship strength
Plan and attend match activities and agency events (some evenings/weekends required)
Travel throughout Otero and surrounding counties to support matches and events
Collaborate with the team to ensure program quality and compliance with national standards
Community Outreach Duties
Represent BBBSNM at public events and manage informational booths
Build relationships with schools, tribal partners, and community organizations
Support volunteer mentor recruitment and child enrollment
Maintain MOUs with school districts and ensure smooth program operations
Respond to inquiries from families and volunteers, guiding them through enrollment and matching
Help families connect with additional community resources
Support program growth across BBBSNM service areas
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, and must meet one of the following:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or within six months of completion)
Associate degree or two years of higher education plus two years of related experience
Four years of relevant work experience in youth services, social work, or related fields
Strong communication and confidentiality skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Valid NM driver's license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with both youth and adult populations
Familiarity with New Mexico's cultural and economic landscape
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Physical Demands:
