Job Details Position Summary: MarshBerry is seeking a Connect Intern to support the MarshBerry Connect executive peer exchange membership in our Beachwood, OH office. Their primary responsibilities will include updating, organizing, and preparing content, reports, and presentations to be utilized by MarshBerry Consultants through the assistance and direction of our Connect program management team. The Intern will have the opportunity to work with Consultants and learn about MarshBerry products and services. Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal/external clients, partners and stakeholders that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation for all MarshBerry services. Understand MarshBerry Connect program and membership benefits and provide recommendations for monitoring and enhancing benefits along the way. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and innovations, and effectively communicate findings to the team to identify potential new benefits and efficiencies for members. Collaborate with team members to provide support for the Connect Summit team, Membership Newsletter, Membership deliverables, Webinars and more. Collaborate with team members to create, audit, and review new internal procedural documents. Assist in Salesforce auditing and the creation of reports and dashboards to assist the Connect team. Attend Membership webinars and internal staff meetings. Additional projects and tasks as assigned. Selection Criteria Education & Experience: Candidates that have completed or are pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration and management, project management, or communications are preferred. College students at the junior and senior level. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other software programs. Experience with e-learning a CRM software a plus. Other: Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
