Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining a standardized case management system to monitor case status and progress. Work closely with self-represented litigants to move cases towards final hearing by corresponding with litigants via telephone, e-mail, and walk-ins. Utilize knowledge of Chapters 39 and 61 of Florida Statutes, the Rules of Civil Procedure, and Florida Supreme Court approved forms. Identify cases that ‘crossover' between differing divisions of the Unified Family Court (UFC), such as Dependency, Delinquency and Domestic Relations (i.e. dissolution of marriage, paternity, child support, name changes, etc.) Attend court hearings and provide court record information to the presiding judge. Maintain and update reports. Work independently and collaborate with division judge, judicial assistant and be a team player among fellow Court Program Specialists. Responsibilities Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness Assist junior and senior analysts with creating solutions Perform research and analysis Develop and maintain solution documentation Become familiar with Navy Federal Credit Union systems Collaborate with teammates across the enterprise Work with project teams to plan, coordinate and rollout software change/release to Controlled Testing and Production, obtain required approvals as scheduled, and transition project to Production Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or other related degree Effective verbal and written communication skills Exposure to the application of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and related analytical tools Familiarity with data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research, including statistical methods and modeling Exposure to SQL and VBA database languages Basic research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Effective skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM Location: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180 | 5550 Heritage Oaks Dr Pensacola, FL 32526
