* Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment at an institution that has been awarded a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant under the SFS program and pursuing a specialized certification, associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree.

* Be willing to pursue studies with an emphasis in cybersecurity.

Assist with building and maintaining a referral base through community connections and collaborations, including community events.
Arrange and conduct initial intake assessment of potential participants in virtual, community and office-based settings.
Gather and utilize information given directly from families during the comprehensive intake process to assess strengths and risks/needs, domestic violence, and participant characteristics.
Document participant information and enroll in services through appropriate electronic record systems.
Determine eligibility of participants based on relationship status and functioning.
Engage new participants, building trust and serving as a positive influence.
Partner with participants to develop, update, and implement a Personalized Action Plan, connecting participants to appropriate services as needed.
Screen for violence, suicidal ideation, or harm; implement safety planning as needed.
Participate in train-the-trainer and practice sessions.
Schedule, prepare and facilitate relationship education classes in instructor-led and virtual instructor-led settings.
Successfully complete all training required by Cornerstones of Care and by the University of Missouri - Columbia, which may includes local and out of town travel.
Engage as a member of the Collaborative Learning & Training Division as well as SMHR team including participation in program and agency team meetings and work collaboratively through open communication and teamwork with other team members and stakeholders to ensure participant success.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years of age and pass the background check, and physical and drug screening. Job Description
The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures is seeking two Learning and Engagement Interns for summer of 2026. The Learning and Engagement interns will help facilitate the Museum's summer programming for children and families, including summer camp, workshops, and drop-in activities.
The Learning and Engagement Interns must feel confident interacting with visitors of all ages and speaking in public. Interns will be provided with interpretive training and best museum education practices as part of the experience. Interns must always convey professionalism.
Shift
This is a temporary, non-benefit eligible part-time position.
TIME COMMITMENT:
10 weeks for approximately 28 hours per week.
Wednesday, May 27 - Friday, July 31, 2026.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
The first week will be reserved for training.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal applicants will have at least completed their sophomore year in college. Students interested in education, art, museums, communications, psychology, history, and non-profit business are especially encouraged to apply.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Internship positions are paid $16.50 per hour (up to 264 hours total for the duration of the internship).

**Job Description**
As a summer intern on the Survey team, you will perform meaningful, hands-on, real-world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career. You'll work for our clients on projects with guidance from our experienced surveyors. You will assist with the performance of fieldwork including, but not limited to, topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and construction staking. You will travel to job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

Job Description
The City of Lenexa is accepting applications for a paid Parks and Recreation Intern for summer 2026.
Hiring Timeline: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as they are submitted. Applications will remain open until February 6th or until the position is filled.
Schedule:
Parks and Recreation operates throughout Lenexa with varying schedules; the intern should anticipate some evening and weekend hours for events and programs.
Work a consistent on-site schedule of 35-40 hours per week, as mutually agreed upon with the supervisor.
Internship dates are flexible, with an estimated duration from mid-May to mid-August.
Position Summary:
This internship provides hands-on experience in program development, event coordination, and daily recreation operations. The intern will support community events, assist with recreation activities, and complete a special project highlighting program or event management skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recreation programs and events under the guidance of recreation managers and supervisors.
Support the planning and execution of major city events, including:
The Great Lenexa BBQ Battle
Community Days Parade
Freedom Run
Movie Nights and Farmers Market
Gain experience working alongside staff in recreation operations.
Contribute to summer camp activities, including field trip supervision.
Complete a special project demonstrating program or event management skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current college student with at least 30 credit hours in Parks and Recreation or a related field.
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
The rate of pay is $17.00 per hour.
Physical and Environmental Factors:
This role requires lifting and moving supplies, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
