The Group: The Data Center and Energy team at Analog Devices is seeking Test Development Intern to work alongside a talented and motivated multi-disciplinary team, working with a global team of innovators to develop new industry-leading IC products for the high-growth data center and energy markets. Role and Responsibilities of the Test Development Engineer: * DFT definition & development to improve testability, quality and reduce cost. * Pre-tapeout verification of Test solutions using Design Simulation tools. * Design of innovative, reliable and efficient multi-site Probe and Test solutions on high performance mixed signal ATE platforms. * Execution of the Test development phase including Silicon functionality and debug, Characterization, Yield Analysis, solution optimization and Offshore Production release. * Support the fast ramp of high-volume new products. * With DCE peers and the wider Test Development community, drive for continuous advancement of measurement methodologies through improvement initiatives.
