Provide administrative support to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer (CCOO) and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) by relieving the executive staff of administrative type functions related to the clerical and administrative function of the office. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memorandums, and reports/presentations. Support the Board of Directors activities, which include board and committee minutes and special events planning, to create and maintain favorable public image for the organization. Manages the executive management's schedule to assure that both internal and external responsibilities are met, and projects move forward in a timely manner.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Manage daily calendars for the CCOO and CMO, coordinating meetings, conferences, training, and internal/external appointments to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Review, prioritize, and direct incoming documents, emails, and phone calls; use discretion to address matters independently when appropriate.
Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Track, organize, and expedite all documents requiring executive signatures, including contracts and board communications.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports, ensuring efficient and cost-effective planning.
Support the executive team's involvement in boards, committees, and professional organizations by managing materials, communications, and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records for the Board of Directors and board committees, coordinate logistics and record minutes for board and committee meetings.
Support organizational communication strategies through intranet and website updates, ensuring consistent and quality information sharing.
Coordinate and track quarterly Peer Review evaluations.
Oversee office supply inventory, ordering, and maintenance to support daily operations efficiently.
Serve as a backup to other administrative support staff, contributing to team collaboration and cross-functional assistance.
Assist in planning and coordinating special events and initiatives, enhancing the public image and internal culture of the organization.
Engage in ongoing professional development and organizational training sessions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership

Job Summary

Provide direct medical services to patients of MHSI within the scope of specialty licensing, training, credentialing and privileging. POSITION-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Obtain health history and perform physical examination appropriate to each patient encounter.
* Diagnose and direct counseling for each patient on a plan for treatment, which might include use of appropriate laboratory, medication, diagnostic or consultative services.
* Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and appropriate referrals.
* Prescribe medication in accordance with Wisconsin statute and professional practice guidelines.
* Review, sign, date and arrange for any follow up of incoming reports for patients assigned to physician for continuity or as part of cross-coverage or supervisory responsibilities.
* Prepare forms, letters, and examinations on behalf of patients for claims of disability, workmen's compensation, injuries and illnesses.
* Document all patient encounters in appropriate paper or electronic chart as determined by organization.
* Provide supervision to clinical staff within department and Advanced Practitioners as it relates to continuity of patient care.
* Adheres to the highest standards of medical practice, ethics, and professionalism at all times.
* Participate in specialty specific call and perform physician rounds and other inpatient care for clinic patients hospitalized at institutions with which the clinic has an agreement for hospitalization of its patients.
* Participate in the development of clinic protocols, quality improvement procedures, implementation of best practices, and medication formulary.
* Fulfill 40 hours of Continuing Education Credits within each twelve (12) month period to maintain and improve his/her professional skills.
* Participate in peer review, quality assurance, provider meetings, and other clinical meetings.
* Participate and cooperate in all reasonable efforts with the clinic to apply for and secure public or private grants, contracts, and donations, as well as for the purpose of obtaining all customary and desirable accreditations, licensing and permits.
* Provide direction and leadership to the clinic's medical support staff, with regard to the patient's treatment and wellness plan.
* Maintain confidentiality of clinic and patient business.
* Perform other job related duties, as may be assigned.
* Education and Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited School of Medicine and Residency Program. Current Wisconsin State Medical License. Board Certification at time of hire or within 3 years if new graduate. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate.
* Expertise:Excellent interpersonal skills and culturally compassionate care towards patients, staff and community. Able to develop teaching and counseling sessions, as needed. Must be able to adapt

Job Summary
The dental director is responsible for maintaining and expanding a program of primary and preventative dental care in a community health center setting that is consistent with accepted professional standards. The Dental Director supervises the dental staff, represents the dental staff to the CEO and provides dental advice and counsel to the CMO/CEO. Providing leadership in the dental department with regard to programming, budget, service and quality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide general and comprehensive dentistry services including evaluation, treatment and referral.
In collaboration with management, train, evaluate and supervise dental staff, including hygienist(s) and the Dental Clinic Manager.
Provide oral health education to patients, guardians and community as appropriate.
Maintain accurate, legible, and complete patient dental records.
Collaborate and support the Dental Operations leader to promote access, strong clinical teams, throughput, and other clinical initiatives.
Actively direct dental provider meetings and support the Dental Operations leader with content sharing, as needed.
Develop and implement programs and/or services that integrate Progressive's medical practice with dental practice.
Provide oversight for Seal-A-Smile programming including relationship building with schools, supervising of hygienist, optimizing care and quality.
Provide quality services to patients as promptly as possible in a courteous and professional manner by treating patients, families, and co-workers with respect, dignity, and compassion while using resources in the most cost-efficient manner consistent with that goal.
Collaborates with Dental Clinic Manager in developing short- and long-term program planning for the Dental Department and the agency including development of goals and objectives.
Provides mentorship to new hires and establishes ongoing relationships with current Dental Department providers.
Provides clinical review of dental cases when necessary.
Reviews financial data quarterly with CFO or CFO delegate.
Assist in the development of the budget and adhere to approved budget.
Participate in electronic dental record optimization, workflow enhancement and training.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE
