This role requires local daily travel and in-person visits to customer residences.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Field visit with customers at their residence to discuss past-due accounts and/or recover merchandise
Utilize company issued iPad, iPhone, and Door Knocking device app to ensure frequent communication with customers and team
Routinely lift, load and unload merchandise using a company provided vehicle and dolly
Secure and protect heavy merchandise during loading, transporting and unloading at regional Hub centers
Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
Learn and apply new information and methods to work in assigned area
Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines
Adhere to company Core Values and follow standard operating procedures
Perform other related duties as needed
YOU'LL BRING:
A valid state driver's license; in order to operate a CMV for interstate transportation
Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required, with the ability to connect effectively with a diverse community
A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (driving record)
A professional appearance
Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to regularly lift 50-75 lbs. without assistance or push and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally, using a dolly and other safety equipment
Maintain a clean driving record as defined within our policy. Progressive will run driving records both upon hire and on a regular recurring basis throughout employment

It is all about learning and growing. Our Customer Service Claims Representative role may be a new career for you. There's a lot to learn, but the pathway is mapped out and USAA is willing to invest in you! Our comprehensive, fully paid four-month training program includes all training materials, licensing costs, class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and the instructor led guidance will help you to support our members independently. We have new training classes starting every month.
Our in-office development program provides the training you need and the encouragement to create a proactive and independent support style to service our membership. After six months in-office, you'll have the opportunity to work offsite 2 days a week. Military veterans and spouses are highly encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Work schedules will vary and may include some nights and weekends. Schedules are assigned based on business need. Regularly scheduled shift hours that fall between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. during the week, or between 6 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday are eligible for shift premium pay.
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to work in our San Antonio office as a Customer Service Claims Representative. You will be part of an outstanding contact service center, where you will focus on providing claims service to members regarding the initial contact on all auto or property First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. In addition, you will respond to status inquiries from various parties, document reported losses, set appropriate expectations, provide proactive communications, advice, and empathy to our members.
What you'll do:
Document First Notice of Loss by obtaining relevant information for effective claim investigation. Set up appropriate services, as needed, to proactively move claims forward to the furthest point in the process within scope of role and expectation.
Create loss reports, describe or verify coverage as appropriate, and initiate the most effective method of damage assessment to assign for file handling.
Assist with questions regarding the claims process and set expectations for next steps to help ensure claims are effectively resolved and accurately documented.
Resolve status inquiries and, when appropriate, route to handling adjuster.
Effectively operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, contact center environment taking back-to-back calls and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that occurs across multiple communication channels.
Apply strong time management skills by closely adhering to assigned work schedule.
Embrace continuous improvement and development through coaching and collaboration with manager and team members.
Use strong call management skills by assisting members within a timely manner and limiting non-productive time.
May assign or initiate emergency services when required on specific claims.
Support workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed which may include potential weekends, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
Work various types of claim loss notices and inquiries, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

As a Customer Retention Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining Globe Life's customer base by engaging with policyholders who are considering cancellation or have policies in a lapsed status. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions to retain valuable life insurance coverage.
This is a remote / work-from-home position. We have full-time and part-time positions available with morning and evening shifts.
What You Will Do:
Inbound Cancellation Support: Handle incoming calls from policyholders requesting policy cancellations, working to understand their concerns and explore retention options.
Outbound Lapse Recovery: Proactively contact customers with lapsed life insurance policies to discuss opportunities and payment solutions.
Customer Consultation: Assess individual policyholder situations and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments.
Relationship Building: Demonstrate clear, empathetic, and professional communication by actively listening to policy holder concerns, asking clarification questions to fully understand their situation, and explaining policy options and solutions in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, retention efforts, and outcomes in company systems.
Product Knowledge: Stay current on life insurance products, policy features, and company procedures to provide accurate information.
Communication: Adapt communication style to meet individual customer needs, maintain a calm and supportive tone during difficult conversations, and ensure all the information provided is accurate and complete. Follow up with customers as needed to confirm understanding and satisfaction with proposed solutions.
Performance Metrics and KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed established contact center key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume targets, retention rate goals, first call resolution, adherence targets, call quality targets, and attendance expectations. Efficiently manage daily call quotas for both inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse recovery contacts while maintaining quality standards.
What You Can Bring:
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic Microsoft Office Skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Minimum Typing speed of 30 wpm.
Experience in a call center environment preferred.
Some experience in insurance and/or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve complex policyholder issues with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Knowledge of life and/or health insurance terminology preferred.

CSBB Operations delivers a diverse set of foundational operational and contact center services for the enterprise and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers, providing stability, scalability, and security for Wells Fargo. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, cash vault services, mail and courier solutions, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, legal order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and social media services for consumer and small business customers.
In this role you will:
* Support customers and seek ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services through a variety of channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat and other lines of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations and navigating multiple computer systems
* Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more senior employees

Required Qualifications:
* 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* Bilingual reading, speaking, and listening proficiency in Spanish/English

* Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues

Training Schedule:

These advisors will provide a premier level of service to members, clients, and associates of American Heritage Credit Union to enhance the overall member experience. Engage with members/non-members through needs-based/consultative actions via remote and video-based experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to all American Heritage deposit and loan-based products and services.
Serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to American Heritage electronic/mobile offerings which includes but is not limited to: Online/Mobile Teller functionality, Bill Payer, Quick Pay, e-Pay, etc.
Engage members as their financial consultant/advisor using knowledge of the credit union's products/services to provide solutions to their perceived and unperceived needs.
Fulfill lead generation requests submitted via customer relationship management (CRM), Better Lobby, etc.
Open new accounts, certificates of deposit, money market accounts, cash management accounts, IRA's, club accounts, and sharedraft accounts. Complete necessary documentation for ACH and payroll deductions, input mortgage applications and cross-sell products and services to meet member financial needs/goals.
Process loan applications, input data, review loan decisions and options with member, prepare supporting loan documentation, compile loan documents for signature and disbursement ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan, and process denials as necessary.
Process requests for changes and maintenance to member accounts, check orders, debit card requests, etc.
Assist members with how to use self-service technology (eg. PAT, Online/Mobile Teller, Bill Pay, etc.).
Utilize sales tracking systems, member data warehouse programs, as well as other tools/systems (eg. Data Verity, Better Lobby, etc.) to analyze members' engagement with the credit union and educate members in areas of low engagement.
Achieve stated goals/objectives set-forth for positions which includes but is not limited to closed loans, new memberships, e-services penetration, etc.
Provide assistance and backup to all Contact Center advisor positions (PAT, Concierge, Member Advisor, etc.) and access all programs needed to assist the membership accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Three to five years of similar or related experience. Specifically, at least one year of experience in a call center of a credit union or financial institution.
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or the equivalent experience required.
Must be flexible and available to work Call Center hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
