Job DescriptionDescription:
The Controls Build Electrician II is responsible for panel building, wiring, plumbing, debugging, shipping and installations. This position requires strong electrical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform tasks such as drilling, tapping holes, mounting wireways and DIN rails, and wiring components.
Create cutouts and knockouts for enclosures.
Manage the job parts shelf, ensuring all necessary components are received.
Keep the drawing packet updated with the latest revisions.
Communicate essential project changes with the job leader, engineers, and other team members.
Collaborate to determine optimal device placement on machines, including I/O blocks, valve banks, RFID readers, and junction boxes.
Assist in planning efficient cable routing from external devices to main enclosures.
Identify and execute optimal wiring and plumbing paths for sub-assemblies.
Prioritize tasks to efficiently wire and plumb machines.
Work with engineers, builders, and production personnel to resolve wiring or assembly issues.
Follow correct power-up procedures.
Support debugging with engineering and mechanical build teams to ensure proper machine operation.
Disassemble and package components for shipping.
Engrave ID tags and label panels, enclosures, and other components.
Observe safety procedures.
OTHER DUTIES
Maintain a clean orderly work area
Any other task assigned by management within scope of position, federal and state regulations.
Requirements:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School degree or GED
2 or more years' experience as an electrician in the automation industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
In-depth knowledge of electrical components, wiring methods, and panel assembly techniques.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, UL).

Requirements:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· 10 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with CNC / Machining
· Experience with the manufacturing side of ISO 9001, AS9100 (Aero), Medical and Packaging standards
· Working knowledge of a manufacturing facility in an ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 or comparable standard
· Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, Aerospace and GD & T requirements
· Proven ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex Customer requests

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, program delivery, SaaS implementation, and enterprise stakeholder management. You'll orchestrate cross-BU workstreams, steer delivery, and ensure that InsideBoard AI's platform (KPIs, Coaching Plans, IRON AI, Success Widgets, activation flows) lands successfully across 65+ business units and 5,500+ advisors.
You'll engage directly with senior business owners across CX, Learning, Operations, and CRM transformation teams - while working closely with InsideBoard's product, data, engineering, and advisory squads.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
Own the end-to-end delivery plan across multiple business units.
Drive sprint planning, dependencies, timelines, and risk management.
Translate requirements into clear implementation tasks (KPIs, workflows, Success Widgets, coaching templates, IRON AI use cases).
Align functional, technical, data, and product stakeholders on scope and delivery expectations.
Ensure a consistent operating model across all business units and workstreams.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise leaders, program managers, and operational stakeholders.
Prepare and lead SteerCos, governance sessions, BU syncs, and enablement workshops.
Build crisp, executive-ready materials (roadmaps, dashboards, progress summaries).
Maintain strong communication and alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape.
Consulting & Advisory
Bring structure, clarity, and best practices to a fast-moving enterprise program.
