What will you be doing in this role?
Partnering with the accounting team to support timekeeping activities for payroll processing
Capture any missing punches, missing PTO, changes in accruals, shift differentials, and bonuses
Support payroll adjustments including but not limited to annual merit increases, creation/addition of pay codes, PTO/bereavement/jury duty, bonus and reimbursement requests

Support clinical operations with anticipated and unannounced on-site auditors - preparation, audits, and communication with managers to ensure employee record information is provided promptly and accurately
Maintaining collaborative partnerships with leaders in markets/departments directly supported
Ensuring all human resource files and reports are completed, maintained, and preserved in accordance with established company policies along with federal, state, and local regulations
Aiding in the implementation and management of the company's HRIS/ATS systems
Assisting with the planning of special events and associate activities, building into a dynamic and fun culture
Assisting with various research projects and/or special projects

A Bachelor's degree preferred

At least 2 years of human resources experience is preferred

What will you be doing in this role?
Conduct onsite regulatory rounding to ensure our therapy teams meet policy, payor, and survey standards; document findings and help drive timely corrective action.
Partner closely with the Compliance Manager to implement and maintain regulatory and compliance programs, participate in policy updates, and support ongoing education efforts.
Help keep the organization survey-ready by maintaining accurate logs, documentation, and processes; assist with mock surveys and help resolve any identified gaps.
Review charts and clinical documentation to confirm compliance with regulatory and payor requirements; identify risks and provide actionable feedback to support quality improvement.

What will you be doing in this role?
Scheduling and recapturing appointments, missing in action patients, and pro-actively rescheduling appointments
Registering patients (check-in/out) and ensuring all information is complete and accurate
Coordinating with the patient and/or referring physician to obtain referrals
Documenting referrals as directed in appropriate logs
Scheduling initial evaluations and follow-up visits to yield optimal visits per treatment plan
Verifying patient's insurance in advance to ensure that necessary prior authorizations by payors have been obtained
Educating patients confidently about their coverage and payment responsibilities as it relates to therapy services
Ensuring patients understand and sign necessary documentation related to insurance coverage for services deemed non-covered
Collecting all monies that are due prior to each visit
Could include co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, and payments on statements
Answering incoming telephone calls in a consistent and professional manner, with attention to detail
Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel is unavailable
Any other duties relating to the operations of the clinic that might be assigned by the Site Coordinator, Revenue Cycle Department or Patient Experience Coordinator

What will you be doing in this role?
Providing proactive injury prevention, early symptom intervention, and first aid injury care as defined by OSHA standards, including ergonomic postural/body mechanic education and/or escalation of medical care if needed
Providing ergonomic assessments and support by understanding the site operations, job processes, and physical demands to make ergonomic recommendations to prevent more serious musculoskeletal conditions from occurring
Working one on one with manufacturing employees to assess the risk of injury, perform posture coaching, self-care implementation, and overall wellness promotion
Assisting Safety Department, Medical Staff, and Production team to assess risks and determine ergonomic solutions, regarding countermeasures, process/element changes, body postures, and team member development
