I am currently the CEO of Progyny, a leading fertility benefits management company in the US. We are redefining fertility and family building benefits, proving that a comprehensive and inclusive fertility solution can simultaneously benefit employers, patients, and physicians. Prior to Progyny, I served as WebMD's Chief Executive Officer from August 2013 through September 2016, after serving as Interim CEO from May 2013-August 2013. Prior to my appointment as Interim CEO, I was Senior Vice President - Strategic and Corporate Development after having served in senior roles at WebMD and its predecessor companies since 1995.During my tenure as CEO, I oversaw an organization with over 1700 employees. Under my leadership, WebMD's revenues grew from $470 mm to over $700 mm, EBITDA margins grew to 30+% and WebMD's and Medscape's audiences grew to record levels and maintained their industry leading positions. In addition, I have been a frequent speaker at important media and healthcare industry events, including The Cannes Lion Festival, Advertising Week, The Consumer Electronics Show, The Cleveland Clinic Patient Experience Forum, among others.I earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Michigan School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University.
