Role Overview:
We are seeking an Appraisal Policy Analyst who is passionate about customer success and quality assurance in appraisal. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical skills, customer-facing experience, and a solid understanding of appraisal theory. You will have the autonomy to design and implement strategies that improve valuation quality while helping customers scale their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Customer Goals: Collaborate with customers to identify their quality objectives and risk profiles, and develop tailored plans to enhance valuation quality.
Analyze Feedback: Gather and analyze customer and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and share insights with product teams.
Training and Support: Facilitate the onboarding of new customers through training sessions and ongoing feedback discussions to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with cross-functional partners throughout the product cycle, ensuring transparency regarding project rationale and progress.
Balance Objectives: Work alongside product and executive teams to align user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints within high-level strategies.
Design System Growth: Contribute to the evolution of our design system by considering brand, product, and voice in your recommendations.
Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in refining processes, reporting structures, and rule sets to drive improvements in appraisal quality.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of appraisal theory and quality standards. Experience as an appraiser, working for a lender or AMC is a plus
4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, or related fields, particularly in early-stage technology companies.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making.
Proven ability to transform user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into actionable product solutions.
Exceptional writing skills, particularly in crafting product copy and documentation.

The Project Manager will lead the full life cycle of a $175M, 400+ unit podium multifamily development in Palo Alto. This includes preconstruction support, buyout, budget control, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, risk mitigation, and overall project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting
Lead subcontractor buyout, scope development, and contract administration
Maintain master schedule; ensure timely sequencing and critical-path alignment
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality documentation
Partner closely with the Superintendent on all field-related decisions
Lead progress meetings with owner, design team, and internal stakeholders
Ensure timely construction through closeout and turnover
Requirements:
Multifamily GC experience 250+ to 500+ units, preferably podium structures
Clear track record of starting and finishing projects (no job-hoppers)
Experience managing complex site conditions: shoring, ground improvements, logistics
Strong communication and ownership mindset
Procore/Bluebeam proficiency
