Responsibilities
may include, but not limited to, the following
Review and analyze owner/project manager and contractor prepared CPM schedules, baseline schedules, and monthly schedule updates to identify critical paths, near critical paths, milestone impacts, phasing shifts and potential trends.
Collect field progress data, update status weekly or monthly, and produce look-aheads, variance reports, and earned-value forecasts.
Run critical path and what-if analyses to test sequencing options, recovery plans, and alternative delivery scenarios.
Perform schedule-risk assessments-identify drivers, quantify exposure with tools such as Monte Carlo simulations, recommend contingencies, and track mitigation actions.
Analyze schedules for opportunities to reduce schedule risk, critical path duration, and recover delays by creating and analyzing what-if schedules.
Perform schedule audits on project schedules to ensure data is “risk ready.”
Support change orders and claims by preparing Time Impact Analyses that tie delays to cost and contractual entitlement.
Analyze contractor delay claims including owner risk through the application of forensic scheduling principles.
Continuous analysis of schedules and provision of alternatives and expected outcomes to avoid any schedule delays.
Apply Earned Value Management techniques to schedules for purposes of reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Integrate third-party interfaces, permitting, utility relocations, and long-lead procurement items so the plan reflects all external dependencies.
Generate concise narrative reports and KPI dashboards for project managers, field teams, and executive stakeholders.
Apply schedule risk management techniques for risk management purposes; support risk register updates; support risk assessment to prepare for contingencies.

10+ years' progressive experience in project scheduling for heavy civil rail transit projects, including full CPM baseline development, resource or cost loading, and progress updating.
Experience scheduling for large programs (e.g., $500M+) utilizing quality and risk-based thinking.
Demonstrated success in this role as an owner's representative on large civil infrastructure programs is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, BIM models, and work-breakdown structures and translate them into logically sequenced activities.
Experience with alternative delivery methods (e.g., DB, CM/GC, P3) to include an understanding of the implications of each for schedule governance and reporting.
Experience conducting critical path and variance analyses, preparing Time Impact Analyses, and quantifying schedule risk using Monte Carlo or similar methods.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), resource planning, and cashflow management.
Experience creating and presenting technical presentations in group settings and meetings.
Forensic CPM scheduling skills regarding analyzing delay claims, including the use of forensic scheduling software (e.g., Acumen Fuse, Schedule Cracker, Project Analyzer, etc.)
Proficiency with schedule risk analysis tools (e.g. Primavera Risk, Deltek Acumen Fuse, @Risk, etc.)
Experience with Primavera P6.
Experience with TILOS and linear scheduling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Active professional certifications such as PSP or PMI-SP (AACE or PMI).
PMP (through PMI) or CCM (through CMAA).
Experience preparing and defending complex Time Impact Analyses, delay claims, and recovery plans before owners, contractors, and dispute boards.
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for building interactive schedule dashboards and KPI visualizations.
Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $120k-$190k/year ($57-$91/hour). The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and thoughtfully aligned with each candidate's level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, geographic locations, etc.

Under the general supervision and reporting to the University's Assistant Vice President for International Affairs (AVPIA), the Administrative Operations Analyst is responsible for a variety of moderately complex administrative, and analytical functions for International Office operations within the Division of Continuing & Global Education. JOB DESCRIPTION
Central California Legal Services (“CCLS”) seeks a dynamic person to join its Pro Bono Program (“PBP”) as Manager of CCLS' Veterans' Legal Services Project (“VLSP”). Through the VLSP, CCLS serves the legal needs of low-income veterans, with a focus on increasing housing stability.
The VLSP Manager will work under the supervision of the Director of Pro Bono & Strategic Partnerships. The VLSP Manager will supervise two full-time VLSP staff - a VLSP Paralegal and a VLSP Outreach Coordinator. The VLSP provides legal services through the VLSP staff, CCLS practice group advocates, skilled volunteer attorneys, and other volunteer legal service providers.
The VLSP Manager will organize and operate the VLSP to provide legal services to veterans through community legal education programs and direct client services. The Manager will be responsible for developing client pipelines, overseeing project eligibility screening, and establishing meaningful relationships within the veteran community. The Manager will supervise pro bono clinics and individual pro bono representation for clients not served by CCLS practice groups, having particular responsibility for managing a pro bono project for military discharge upgrades. The Manager will form and maintain partnerships with community organizations such as Veterans' clinics, student veterans' offices at community colleges, Veterans' Stand Down and Stand Up organizers, and other organizations serving veteran populations. Through these partnerships, the VLSP will conduct outreach and clinic services.
