We are currently seeking Construction Schedulers to join our team in supporting several large commercial construction projects across the United States and with one of our project teams in Ft. Wayne, IN. This position will sit at one of our project sites or regional offices 5 days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Ability to build and manage a Baseline schedule using CPM best practices, including the WBS, to detail out the areas/types of work (Schedules more than 2500 activities)
* Have communication skills to clearly and concisely brief Management on a regular basis

OBJECTIVE
The function of this position is to manage project scheduling, project buyout, estimating, document control and management of self-perform teams and subcontractors in the Industrial and Heavy Commercial Markets in Indiana. This could entail one large project at a time or several small to medium size projects at once. Project delivery methods may include Self-Perform, General Contracting or Construction Management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Commit to CCC's people-based safety culture and comply with the CCC corporate safety manual and leadership training requirements.
