Position Summary The Director of Program/Project Management leads the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs and projects across the organization. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field. - 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree. - Experience with CMS Medicaid Streamline Modular Certification (SMC) and related outcomes and metrics. - Experience researching state Medicaid , federal, and state eligibility and enrollment documentation and regulations. - Experience defining and designing Medicaid enrollment and reconciliation solutions. - Experience speaking with the client/users to understand their specific eligibility business processes - Minimum three (3) years' experience within the last five (5) years in a comparable role on a similar project. - Must be willing and able to work a shift that supports the Alaska Standard time zone.
