This position provides analytical support to a project or department. Under the guidance of a Project Manager/Director, responsible for collecting and researching data, performing analysis, providing recommendations and presenting results.

Essential Functions:- Responsible for providing analytical support to a project or department.- This position handles a full range of project components in an independent and autonomous manner.- Organizes project tasks, structures information collection activities, and sets time lines for completion of required tasks.- Develops reports on analysis conducted, provides recommendations and makes formal presentations to communicate results to various management levels.- Develops new approaches for finding additional needed information.- Demonstrates initiative in identifying alternative solutions to issues in the project or department which are reasonably complex and require an understanding of how the outcome will affect multiple areas/departments.- Helps develop project plans to ensure timely deliverables and successful completion of project.- Assists in assessing workforce needs resulting from project implementation.- Assists in identifying and developing performance management and training tools.- Develops mechanism by which to track project best practices in order to ensure these are leveraged into comparable future projects.

Basic Qualifications:Experience- Minimum one (1) year of related experience.Education- Bachelor's degree OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field in area specific to the position or project required.- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.License, Certification, Registration- N/A. As a member of our Project Execution team, you'll draw on your communication, analytical, organization and process strengths to contribute to managing the intake, execution, and closure of modernization, controls, and data center migration technology projects that span multiple organizations and have firm-wide implications.

You will assist team members and partners in refining processes, identifying efficiencies, collecting and analyzing data, developing standards and communications, as well as assisting with quality control & administration of Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams. You'll play an integral role in ensuring the projects are running on time and in accordance with firmwide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution to accomplish common goals. Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm through direct and transparent communications. Coordinate with Product-aligned Program and Project Managers and Engineering Leads on specific application scope, plans, status and issues impacting HLM/DCM planning and execution. Communicate with the CCB and OPT program team on plans, progress, and issues for specific efforts across the portfolios being managed. Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; risk management and operations. Ability to independently manage small-medium projects from start to finish . Commitment to continual process reviews for efficiencies and self-service capabilities for stakeholders. Bringing together the appropriate Technical Subject Matter Experts with the product teams. Infrastructure background a plus. Experience managing multiple priorities. Excellent written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications Required

+ Bachelor's degree completed by June 2023 in related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, economics, finance, social sciences or liberal arts)

+ Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)

+ Willingness to travel across the Commonwealth of Kentucky and be based in Frankfort, KY

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
