Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain project vendor and contractor scopes of work. Develop bid packages and manage the bidding process. Create commitments (purchase orders and subcontracts) to line out 3rd party commitment line items, deliverables, and schedules of values aligning with project budget.
