What You'll Do Lead product development from concept → prototype → certification → production → launch. Manage design partners, engineering vendors, and manufacturing partners. Dig in technically: understand what's required for compliance, firmware integration, and component choices so nothing slips through the cracks. Identify opportunities to improve cost, speed, and quality at every step. Build and maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders. Who You Are 4+ years of experience in consumer hardware, manufacturing, or connected devices. Comfortable working directly with overseas suppliers and design teams. Have taken at least one product from prototype to mass production. Exceptionally organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. Strong communicator: written, verbal, and visual.
