PROJECT MANAGER Southern California-based General Contractor currently seeking a Construction Project Manager with a minimum of (10) years retail/restaurant experience and a minimum of (3) years Project Management experience, for new construction, site/civil and tenant improvement projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising multiple projects from pre-construction to completion and coordinating with a team of professionals to deliver high-end results. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to anticipate the needs of the project schedule, design intent and deadlines, without exceeding budget.
