Job DescriptionWilliams & Connolly LLP has an opening for an experienced Litigation Support Project Manager. Under the direction of the Director of Litigation Support and Litigation Support Coordinator, the Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating eDiscovery and litigation support aspects of individually assigned cases. For each case needing litigation support tools and/or services, the Project Manager is the first and single point of contact for the case team (i.e., attorneys, discovery attorneys, paralegals, document clerks, clients, and vendors). Responsibilities include:

* Advising case teams on best methods for preservation, collection, processing, review and production of electronic data based on case needs;

* Collaborating with case teams in the application of early case assessment, analytics, assisted review, AI and other emerging case technologies;

* Performing technical data management and quality control activities such as: database design, data loading into database applications, creating production subsets and preparing media, performing of database maintenance or supervising Litigation Support Analysts in these tasks;

* Advising case teams on selection of vendors, review platforms and other tools; analyze vendor proposals;

* Managing vendors to assure that high-quality deliverables and services are provided within negotiated schedules and budgets;
* Developing coding panel layouts, search queries, search term reports and privilege logs;
* Organizing, documenting and tracking project tasks, media and costs/budget for each case;
* Assisting with trial preparations and courtroom audio-visual support as dictated by case needs;
* Troubleshooting litigation support applications and databases;
* Assisting with analysis and testing of new or updated versions of in-house litigation support software as well as outside vendor technology solutions; and
* Attend meetings, conferences, and peer events to stay up-to-date on latest eDiscovery and litigation support trends, developments and products.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Litigation Support or 3 years Litigation Support Project Management experience. Extensive knowledge of Relativity/RelativityOne (both end user and admin) is required. Relativity Certified Administrator is strongly preferred. Proficiency in, Case Notebook, CaseMap, dt Search, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Trial Director or other trial presentation software and a text editor program is preferred. Applicant must be customer service oriented with ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as well as travel are required. The ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs required.

Janitorial project crew needed

3 openings:

1) Pay rate: $16 per hour

Days & Times: Monday to Friday, full time

2) First and second shift:

What You'll Do:

• Clean and stock restrooms, breakrooms, etc. Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags

• Clean floors (sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum). Dust furniture, walls, etc and polish windows

• Use cleaning equipment & supplies to Kimco standards, lock doors for building security/safety, etc.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Custodial, commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.

• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted

• Provide overall project management for the HSF SE&I team including technical, schedule, cost, quality, and resource management
o Plan and forecast annual budgets; identify variances and mitigation plans; report financial status to customer and program management
