Monitor and track financial aspects of projects, including capital expenditure requests and reimbursement disbursements. Manage project management software and reporting tools to ensure accurate data and budget control. Coordinate international shipments, including ordering, consolidating, crating, and freight logistics. Assist with facilities management issues for company stores as needed. Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, purchasing, or construction-related roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills under deadline conditions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to learn new project management software. Independent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Familiarity with retail/commercial construction and facilities management preferred. Ability to manage budgets and financial tracking for multiple projects. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality standards. Ability to constructively challenge processes and identify improvements. Results-oriented mindset with accountability for commitments and outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
