Position Summary
The ProjectCoordinator supports the project management team by organizing project information, tracking schedules, and preparing regular reports. This role works with multiple active projects and helps ensure communication, documentation, and timelines stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project trackers, logs, and reporting tools
Organize drawings, architect submittals, and project documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and milestone project updates
Support owner and internal meetings through reporting and follow-up
Coordinate with architects and internal teams on deliverables
Assist with schedule updates and maintain Gantt charts in Microsoft Project

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Associates degree preferred, or equivalent related experience with the design High School Education and/or Trade School Education.
+ Must be proficient in CAD. (This equates to at least 1+ year work experience with CAD). TurboCAD is a plus.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Position Overview:
The ProjectCoordinator will be a member of our capital project team. * Responsible for the planning and monitoring of projects and packages assigned by the Project Manager
* Monitor and manage engineering, procurement and construction progress, and develop strategies to mitigate project risks and areas of concern
* Provide support for the conceptualization and development of future capital projects on the magnetics team, including leading interactions with potential contractors and vendors and estimating projected costs and timelines for potential projects or packages
* Interface with technical Subject Matter Experts, Plant Operation and Facilities leadership, HSE, Commissioning
* Leads, Cost Management Leads and other internal resources
* Review and guide requested changes to product scope for validity and impact, and ensure timely and cost sensitivity incorporation once approved
