A day in the life of a construction project coordinator at 3G Companies: This is a position that plays an important role in our construction projects. They assist through all the life-cycles of a project by supporting the project teams and our clients with a variety of tasks. Reports to: Eastern Nebraska Vice President and General Manager Purpose: The purpose of this job is to assist the Project Team in the management of resources involved/related to projects and ensure quality work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner. What you'll do: Sets up and coordinates administrative documents and duties for construction projects from beginning of project to project conclusion Assists with contracts, insurance certificates, and bid solicitation Reviews submittals, change orders, purchase orders Utilize Procore software to organize project documents and notes Represent 3G Companies in external meetings with owners and trade partners Follow Core Processes All other duties as assigned Ability to learn to understand and read architectural drawings from schematic to construction documents. We are looking for dependable, compassionate people to provide direct oversight of our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our intermittent services and shared living provider settings in Kearney, NE. Job Summary The Team Member Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and directing operations of our intermittent and shared living provider services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure proper services are provided to address the wants and needs of people with developmental disabilities as written in the Individual Support Plan (ISP). Ensure compliance with Nebraska Medicaid Waiver program. Ensure a safe, positive, and encouraging atmosphere for intermittent services and at our shared living provider locations for the people we support. Professionalism is a must as you will be going into other's homes at times. Ensure each individuals' rights are protected and they are treated with dignity and respect. Demonstrate and train team members to interact with the people we support in an emotionally supportive and therapeutic manner. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including but not limited to individual plan data, behavior plan data, community integration logs, assessments, individual funds requests, communication book, mileage logs, maintenance requests forms, and supply acquisition forms. Safeguard individual's funds, assisting individuals with purchases. Effectively hire, train, coach, evaluate and mentor team members. Ensure assigned team members record their time accurately and approve timecards in a timely manner. Facilitate the integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities. Intervene when aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior occurs to implement behavior plans and strategies. Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary. Ensure assigned facilities and vehicles are clean and compliant with HOH and state requirements. Complete and remain current on all required trainings. Other duties as assigned.
