    Project Coordinator II provides support to the management of new and existing programs and products at BioFire Defense. Project Coordinators are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of FDA/ISO regulated Medical Devices, and associated technologies and processes. Responsibilities include contribution to project plan execution and documentation, oversite of project resources, project timelines, and deliverables. Project Coordinators are expected to collaborate with development team(s), project managers, and operations teams to facilitate the development and implementation of design documentation and procedures according to internal Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA and ISO 9001/13485 regulations. Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BioFire Defense's Quality System. Facilitate project meetings, document action items and key decisions. Draft project proposals, design documents, schedules, presentations, technical reviews. Work collaboratively with project managers, area managers, and project stakeholders. Use project scheduling tools to monitor and execute to project timelines. Write, track, and manage change notices and change orders. Independently manage small projects. Proficient technical writing and oral skills. Ensure consistent practices throughout all phases of the product life cycle.     Insight Global is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join one of our largest financial service clients sitting onsite five days a week in Dallas, TX or Salt Lake City, UT. This person will be joining the Enterprise Technology and Operations team. You will be joining the part of the team that focuses on Business Continuity Planning (BCP). They focus on people planning, concentration risk plans, documentation of recovery plan, development of disaster recovery plans, etc. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing and leading tabletop exercises, managing project tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of disaster recovery plans. On a day to day this person will be responsible for: Oversee the development and implementation of Disaster Recovery (DR) plans. Coordinate administrative tasks, including kick-off calls with application owners, delivery timelines, and milestone tracking. Report on the progress of DR plans and ensure major milestones are met. Utilize foundational program management skills to manage the entirety of deployments. Develop and maintain documented recovery plans for all deployments. Provide training and guidance to application owners on how to fill out DR plans. Facilitate tabletop exercises to simulate DR scenarios, such as data center outages, and evaluate responses. Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Present and train on BCP processes and procedures. What does a Project Coordinator with Paul Davis do? * Supervise and respond to all activities related to assigned program work and tasks assigned by Project Manager * Oversee, schedule, and supervise assigned projects from start to completion * Coordinate and monitor customer/homeowner quality service on a day to day basis * Ensure that all QA/Warranty work on an ongoing basis is completed as it arises * Interface with Emergency Services Operations Manager for project process, completion, conditions, and in preparation of new losses on all new projects * Maintain constant communication with property owner * Schedule the completed job tasks to include but not limited to updating all job management software, updating files, and ensuring technicians' performance * Start job in a timely manner and secure necessary permits * Administer and oversee work orders and follow the progress of assigned work * Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow * Professionally handle all concerns and complaints in a timely manner * Manage final walk, scope completion, and sign COC at completion of all EMS projects * Deliver job file for closing * Estimate emergency services billing and come to an approved scope of repairs with insurance adjusters and/or homeowners as the need arises * Participate in the A/R collections * Participate in reconstruction and contents job duties as the work flow dictates * Participate in marketing and business development as assigned * Complete special assignments as requested by supervisor * Provide input to other management based on observations from the field * Professionally represent the Paul Davis vision and values * Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and trades people conduct) * Manage job to speedy conclusion * Please note that the described duties and responsibilities are not a comprehensive list and that additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time Job Requirements * 1-2+ years of experience in a relevant role preferred * High School diploma or equivalent * Mitigation experience is a plus but not required * Highly organized and attention to detail with problem-solving abilities * Ability to multi-task and prioritize while communicating effectively * High-level communicator * Proficient in Microsoft Office Hours * A typical shift for this position is 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Benefits * 3 Weeks of paid time off * 7 company paid holidays * 401(k) with company match * Medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and disability insurance offered * On-the-job training to develop new skills We support and hire Veterans and we are an equal opportunity employer.
