Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for an Awards & Ranking Senior Coordinator to support the strategic marketing and visibility efforts through the promotion of Dentons lawyers. This position will report to the Director, Communications and Profile, and work closely with the Awards & Rankings Manager and the Business Development (BD) team to demonstrate our lawyers' excellence across key practice areas and industry sectors.
The Senior Coordinator will support the legal directory submission process, including contributions to Chambers and Legal 500, and will be responsible for drafting and submitting a range of award nominations. They will also manage the tracking and documentation of awards and rankings activities. This is a hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
Assist with all US submissions to key award and ranking outlets including, but not limited to, Chambers USA, Legal 500 US, Law360 and US News/Best Lawyers
Liaison with Communications professionals to promote those being honored and recognized through internal communication channels (Internal newsletter, Portal).
Draft/edit Firm profiles for top directories
Write, review and edit practice group and individual submissions, as needed
Maintain awards and rankings calendar and tracker, and provide monthly updates for the BD team
Maintain records of submissions and other supporting documents
Track award/ranking results and summarize, as necessary, for the BD team, our lawyers and Firm leadership
Research and compile peer firm analyses and historical awards lists
Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
Experience & Qualifications
A minimum of three to five years of experience with directories and award nominations, ideally at a professional services firm
Bachelor's Degree
Superior organizational skills required
Excellent writing and editorial skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills with both external and internal audiences
Proactive, results-oriented, self-directed individual with demonstrated ability to prioritize, juggle multiple assignments and function as part of a cohesive team
Salary
Chicago Only DOE: $80,000 - $95,000

The Program/Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Learning Assistant Program. They also coordinate student success curriculum, teach in and advise for the K-State First program, and serve on program and unit-wide committees.
Since its inception in 2008, K-State First has gone from serving 400 students to well over 2,000 students each year. K-State First has a full-time Assistant Director, a part-time Office Specialist, and regularly changing line-up of graduate student workers in various roles such as GAs, interns, and practicum students.
The Learning Assistant Coordinator not only supports, trains, and supervises undergraduate student leaders in our K-State First Learning Assistant program, but also leads and supports additional efforts in Student Success coursework, teaching, and supervision of graduate research assistants, practicum students, and interns.

American Concrete Products, a growing precast concrete manufacturer is seeking a Project Coordinator that will provide operations and customer service support function(s).
Primary Objective: Provide administrative support to Project Management team, and ensure accurate and timely flow of delivery paperwork, scheduling and ERP order maintenance
Critical Job Functions:
Coordinates release work with Sales, Project Managers and Operations personnel to execute delivery schedules.
Master the fundamentals of Sales Order entry in X3 ERP, part creation, purchase requisitions, and part maintenance.
Enter sales orders into ERP system, print and email delivery tickets, BOL's, product labels and related yard/QC paperwork.
Create Purchase Orders (P.O.) and timely issuance of P.O.'s to vendors to avoid delaying contractual schedule deadlines
Executes daily production entry reports, receiving and issuing raw materials, inventory management and cycle counting.
Create and submit timely Customer Invoices, reconcile all external billings, and project financials to avoid over/under billing
Assists with contracting outside trucking broker(s) to configure products, sequence and assign load/unload at plant and jobsite.
Answer and return internal & external customer phone calls in a timely manner and handle issues swiftly and professionally.
Balance relationships with Sales, Operations, and other Project Managers to achieve accountability and desired outcomes.

Requirements
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
Manufacturing, engineering, mechanical and/or electrical control experience a plus.
Associates degree or equivalent vocational training.
Strong computer experience and knowledge in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Sharepoint.
