Assist project management team with bids, budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders and pay applications. Qualifications BA degree in Construction Management preferred, equivalent experience accepted. Two or more years of experience required. Ability to read and write English. Must have excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines. Must be able to read and comprehend construction plans and documents. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Must be able to walk on construction sites with uneven terrain and obstacles. May be required to occasionally travel. Experience supporting multiple PMs or departments simultaneously. Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or other project/digital workflow tools. Exposure to vendor/subcontractor management. Knowledge of billing systems (e.g., GCPay, SOV management) a plus.
