The Project Consultant is an entry-level project management role that manages deliverables throughout the implementation project, including plan milestones, forecasting and project schedules. The consulting role is instrumental in project tasks that uphold the mission and vision of the Certification & Trainer Lifecycle team to identify, train and deploy training talent for use on the VA EHRM project and internally as needed.
A qualified candidate will support project planning around the selection, placement, and resourcing of trainers across multiple training locations; providing coordination among third-party suppliers, internal contracting teams, and Certification to manage project planning including hours forecasting, and trainer travel costs.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong recall ability for names and numbers, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and collaboration across the internal teams and the client where applicable. This new team member will take direction from the Certification Program leadership in support of all Certification project related activities.
Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance once hired. Able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations, including weekends and minimal yearly travel up to 25%. Those residing in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area and within 50 miles of the Oracle location are not eligible for a remote worker designation.

The Construction Project Administrator (CPA) role is critical to ensuring outside plant (OSP) construction work is performed to industry standards and meets requirements for cost and engineering expectations. Assign and dispatch work to contract inspectors via email or through online database applications, with the ability to assist the contract inspectors in resolving NESC or FPT complex issues.
Involved in the development, trials, and implementation of new processes, process documentation, web applications, and field software involving NESC inspections and corrections, and pole transfer work.
Perform training of contract personnel in the accepted aerial plant inspection and correction methods used by Ziply, as well as the associated field software applications.
Issue\/dispute resolution: partner with vendor team to resolve issues that arise during the construction process. Bore\-throughs, tree trimming, and other complaints with citizens impacted by the fiber deployment.
Serve as a Municipality liaison, working with various municipalities regarding permitting, traffic control, and other concerns regarding the overall impact of OSP work within the community.
Perform invoice processing, work within project workflow databases to review and process vendor invoicing adhering to Ziply accounting guidelines
Act as the first\-level field approval for necessary changes found infield. Partner with Engineering and vendor team regarding potential solutions.
Support Ziply Fiber values, works with team members across several disciplines including Business and Consumer, Network Services, various customer groups, including home builders, general contractors, and sub\-contractors.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in OSP construction and or OSP engineering
College degree preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; and proficient\/comfortable with Microsoft Excel to include the development of forms, the use of internal and external hyperlinks, as well as simple functions and their structure (i.e. COUNT, COUNTIF, SUBTOTAL, SUM, etc.).

JOB PURPOSE: The Project Specialist- Access and Infrastructure will be responsible for maintaining and improving facilities, grounds, and infrastructure across American Prairie. This role involves hands-on work to ensure access points, public use areas, equipment, vehicles, facilities, and landscape spanning over 500,000 acres is well maintained, safe, and accessible. This role will assist the Project Manager in coordination and execution of routine maintenance, assist in day to day supervision of contractors and technicians, and support project development as required. From time to time, this role will also assist with habitat restoration.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
90% Maintenance Operations
Routine maintenance and repairs of buildings, bridges, access roads, campgrounds, other public facilities, water/ septic, and stationary equipment.
Complete routine inspections and assessments of facilities and other infrastructure to identify and resolve potential hazards.
Assist in the construction, renovation and, and improvement of field facilities.
Perform landscaping around facilities and campgrounds including lawn maintenance, fencing, snow removal and sign repair.
Complete light plumbing and electrical projects including repairing/replacement of appliances, HVAC, fixtures, and generators.
Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, vehicles, ATVs, tractors, and other tools and heavy equipment used for grounds maintenance and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate bulk fuel and propane tank fill ups at all facilities.
Organize and maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed. Ensure availability of materials for planned projects and anticipated repairs.
Document maintenance activities, and project progress using digital platforms (SalesForce, ESRI)
Report and escalate issues as needed to the Project Manager
Assist with coordination of contract work as needed.
Be a resource to Project Technicians in daily duties. Provide guidance, clarify work plans, and offer support to team members, while ensuring individual responsibility for task execution.
Transport goods and materials to and from properties including purchasing supplies, trailering vehicles/equipment, and waste removal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Summary
The Construction Project Administrator (CPA) role is critical to ensuring outside plant (OSP) construction work is performed to industry standards and meets requirements for cost and engineering expectations. The CPA is responsible for both inspecting the work of Ziply Fiber OSP contractors and guiding the work efforts of contract inspectors in the CPA's region to ensure all OSP work meets cost, timeline, and quality expectations for customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed.
Perform aerial and underground inspections along with audits of contractors performing inspections, corrections, and foreign pole transfers in accordance with the NESC and Ziply standards.
Assign and dispatch work to contract inspectors via email or through online database applications, with the ability to assist the contract inspectors in resolving NESC or FPT complex issues.
Involved in the development, trials, and implementation of new processes, process documentation, web applications, and field software involving NESC inspections and corrections, and pole transfer work.
Perform training of contract personnel in the accepted aerial plant inspection and correction methods used by Ziply, as well as the associated field software applications.
Issue/dispute resolution: partner with vendor team to resolve issues that arise during the construction process. Bore-throughs, tree trimming, and other complaints with citizens impacted by the fiber deployment.
Serve as a Municipality liaison, working with various municipalities regarding permitting, traffic control, and other concerns regarding the overall impact of OSP work within the community.
Perform invoice processing, work within project workflow databases to review and process vendor invoicing adhering to Ziply accounting guidelines
Act as the first-level field approval for necessary changes found infield. Partner with Engineering and vendor team regarding potential solutions.
Support Ziply Fiber values, works with team members across several disciplines including Business and Consumer, Network Services, various customer groups, including home builders, general contractors, and sub-contractors.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in OSP construction and or OSP engineering
College degree preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; and proficient/comfortable with Microsoft Excel to include the development of forms, the use of internal and external hyperlinks, as well as simple functions and their structure (i.e. COUNT, COUNTIF, SUBTOTAL, SUM, etc.).
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of the NESC, OSP construction techniques, telecom industry OSP best practices, and overall maintenance of a safe job site is a must; with the ability to determine cost effective solutions to bring into compliance complex aerial cable problems.
Ability to work with other team members to assure timely completion, quality work and safe working practices throughout the labor and billing cycle.
Ability to learn the current Ziply construction unit coding is required in the contract inspection position.

Working in partnership with internal teams, The SBE Disputes EDI Analyst will also be responsible for analysis of discrepancies in the SBE payment dispute process for multiple stakeholders and continuous process improvement of the payment dispute process as well as disposition payment casework with accuracy. He/she will be investigating and providing root cause analysis updates, providing solutions, and drafting issuer responses for complex cases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Review, analyze, and disposition Payment cases with 95% plus accuracy monthly.

+ 1 year of experience with X12 transactions
